Round-up: Bulgarian, Slovakian,Serbian and Czech titles decided

A lot took place this weekend as most leagues in Europe ended their season. To summarise all the action that went on ,foetbal24/7 wants to look at what went on in the so called ‘smaller leagues’ of Europe.

LOVECH – Litex Lovech have been crowned champions of Bulgaria for the second consecutive season.The gap between them and number two Levski Sofia is now 5 points after the champions beat Lokomotiv Sofia 3-1.With only one league round to go,the league has already been decided.
BRATISLAVA-A 3-1 victory over MFK Dubnica today was enough for Slovan Bratislava to seize their sixth Slovak Superliga title since the country gained independence in 1994.Second placed team FK Senica can no longer overtake Slovan

BELGRADE – Partizan Belgrade have won their fourth consecutive Serbian Super Liga title.The champions convincingly beat Cukaricki 4-0 on Saturday.Nearest rival rival Red Star Belgrade and Vojvodina Novi can only congratulate them.

PLZEN – Viktoria Plzen has for the first time in its history been crowned champions of the Czech Republic.Coach Pavel Vrba’s side defeated Banik Ostrava 3-1 at home. Sparta Prague trail Viktoria Plzen by four points with one round still to go.
